Massage shouldn’t be excruciating, but deep tissue work does target areas of tension, so some intermittent discomfort is normal. This isn’t a light beauty treatment—it’s a massage that gets to work on releasing tension and restoring movement.
I use a pressure scale from 0 to 10 (with 10 being unbearable), and we’ll check in throughout to make sure the pressure’s right for you. Some soreness or bruising can happen after deep treatments—this is normal and a sign of tension release. Any soreness should ease within a day or two, leaving you feeling looser, lighter, and more balanced.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll get a warm welcome and step into a relaxing, stress-free space where you can unwind. The room is cosy and comfortable, with freshly laundered towels, a wonderful relaxing aroma and calming music to help you settle in.

I don’t currently offer pregnancy massage, as it’s a specialist treatment that requires additional training. Pregnancy massage techniques are designed specifically for the needs of expectant mothers, so I’d recommend finding a therapist trained in this area to ensure the safest and most effective treatment.
