Booking
All bookings must be made online through the dedicated booking system. We offer flexible payment options to make your booking experience smooth and hassle-free.

  • Book & Pay Now: Secure your appointment by paying in full at the time of booking.

  • Book & Pay Later: Reserve your appointment without upfront payment – you’ll just need to provide your card details, which will be securely verified and stored. The balance will be due after your session, and you can choose to have the payment processed automatically or pay by card / contactless card in person. All major credit/debit card types are accepted online and in-person inc. Apple & Google Pay. I don’t accept cash.

Your personal information and payment details are handled securely, ensuring peace of mind while keeping our service fair for all clients.

Late, No-Show & Cancellations
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, to ensure fairness and respect for my time and other clients, the following policies apply. By booking a treatment, you agree to these policy terms.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the session cost.

  • If you know you’ll be late, please contact me as soon as possible via phone, message, or email.

  • Late arrivals will not extend beyond the original appointment time unless extra time is available, in which case an additional cost will apply.

  • If there are at least 30 minutes remaining of your session when you arrive, your treatment can go ahead for the remaining time. If less than 30 minutes remain, the appointment will be cancelled and charged in full.

  • If you cancel 24+ hours before your appointment → No charge.

  • If you cancel 12–23 hours before your appointment → 50% of the session cost charged.

    If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment → 100% of the session cost charged.

You can cancel your appointment via the link in your confirmation email or text.
