How long we keep information

At Eusoma Massage, we take your privacy seriously and only retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services.

  • Client Records: Your personal information and treatment history are securely stored for up to 3 years from your last appointment. If no bookings are made within this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

  • Marketing Communications: If you opt-in to receive updates, you will receive a yearly reminder email to check if you still want to receive email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
